Meet Mickey & Carrie: The Visionaries Behind Aysnd

Carrie Weidenbach, with her two decades of expertise in technology and mindful leadership, teamed up with Mickey Winter, an award-winning creative director to create Aysnd. Together, they lead with purpose, blending strategy and creativity to design digital solutions that make a real impact. Their combined vision fuels Aysnd’s commitment to excellence and innovation.

    Mickey Winter, Co-Founder and CEO of Aysnd, has spent over 20 years pushing the boundaries of digital strategy and interactive design. She previously served as VP of Commerce Design and Strategy at Rightpoint (a Genpact company) and Chief Creative Officer at Something Digital, where she oversaw creative strategy and played a key role in the agency’s acquisition by Genpact (G-NYSE).

    Mickey also founded Machen Design, a consultancy focused on crafting digital experiences that seamlessly blend creativity with business goals.

    As a seasoned executive creative director, she has led award-winning teams and projects, driven by a passion for transforming complex challenges into powerful, creative solutions. Over the course of her career, Mickey has worked with notable brands like Garden of Life (a Nestlé company), Major League Baseball, and L’Oréal, leveraging her expertise in design thinking, user experience, and eCommerce to drive measurable results.

    With a focus on data-driven design thinking, Mickey consistently delivers outstanding results for her clients while fostering a leadership style rooted in transparency, empathy, and humor. Her approach is simple: align data-driven insights with creativity to build experiences that leave a lasting impact.

  • Co-Founder | Chief Operations Officer

    Carrie is a Conscious Delivery Leader in the field of Software Development and Commerce. She utilizes her 20 years of experience in Information Technology, eCommerce, and Software Development with her passion for mindful team management. She helps clients design, develop, and optimize their digital platforms and products and speaks fluent in Spanish.

    Carrie recently supported AB InBev to create their Technical Program Center of Excellence and to led a high-profile project to establish processes around SLA, SLO, and SLIs for their BEES eCommerce marketplace.

    Previously, she was the VP of Commerce Programs at Rightpoint. She led and managed teams and projects across various domains, including customer experience, web and mobile applications, UI/UX design, CRO, SEO, analytics, email, and multi-variant testing. She leveraged her skills in agile project management, business analysis, process management, and software development life cycle to deliver high-quality solutions and outcomes. Before Rightpoint she was COO and VP of eCommerce at E7 Solutions and President and COO of Classy Llama.  She fosters a culture of appreciation, gratitude, and continuous improvement among her clients
